Where Santi Counsel Began
Santi Counsel was established in Nakhon Si Thammarat in response to a straightforward observation: many people approaching retirement or managing pension-related questions found the process difficult to navigate on their own. Forms were unclear, offices gave inconsistent guidance, and decisions were being made — or deferred — without a full understanding of what was at stake.
The practice was set up with a specific focus: pension legal support delivered at the client's pace, using language they can follow, with a written record they can keep. We do not offer a broad range of legal services. Our scope is narrow by design, and that focus allows us to do this work carefully.
We have worked with clients across the southern region of Thailand — civil servants, private-sector employees, and those managing a deceased family member's pension entitlements. Each situation is different, and we treat it that way.

Pensions represent years of contribution. When something is unclear, disputed, or incomplete, the consequences matter — to the individual and to their family. We are here to help people understand what they are entitled to and, where necessary, to assist them in pursuing it through the appropriate channels.

Nattaya manages document collection and client liaison, coordinating with pension offices and keeping clients informed at each step. Her attention to process detail keeps cases moving without the client needing to chase.

Wilaiporn is the first point of contact for most clients. She handles initial enquiries and scheduling, and is experienced in explaining the scope of our services clearly before any commitment is made.
