Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, how Santi Counsel uses them, and how you can adjust your preferences. You are always in control.

SECTION 01

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to the website owner about how people use the site.

Cookies do not contain personal information on their own, though they may be used together with other information to identify you. You can control how cookies are managed through this page or through your browser settings.

Our website uses a modest set of cookies — and only those that serve a clear purpose. We do not use cookies to profile visitors for advertising or to track you across unrelated websites.

SECTION 02

The Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They handle things like remembering your cookie consent choice and basic session management. They cannot be disabled, as the site would not work correctly without them.

Duration: Session / Up to 12 months

Analytics Cookies

Optional

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website — for example, which pages are visited most often and whether any pages return errors. This information helps us improve the site. We use Google Analytics for this purpose; data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

Duration: Up to 26 months  |  Third party: Google Analytics

Marketing Cookies

Optional

Marketing cookies may be set by advertising platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta) to help us understand whether our advertising is effective. These cookies do not collect personal details beyond what is standard for digital advertising measurement.

Duration: Up to 90 days  |  Third parties: Google, Meta

Preference Cookies

Optional

These cookies remember choices you make — such as language or display settings — so that the website behaves according to your preferences when you return. Disabling them means you may need to re-apply any settings on each visit.

Duration: Up to 12 months

SECTION 04

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services. These include:

  • Google Analytics — Used to understand aggregate site usage. Data is processed by Google according to their privacy terms.
  • Google Ads — May be used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Data is processed by Google.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — May be used to measure advertising reach. Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Google Maps — An embedded map on our homepage uses a cookie from Google Maps to display location data.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. You can review these on their respective websites.

SECTION 05

Cookie Duration

Cookies we use fall into two categories by duration:

Session Cookies

Deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for essential site functions during your current visit.

Persistent Cookies

Remain on your device for a set period (from 30 days up to 26 months depending on the cookie), unless you delete them earlier.
